The resort had an idyllic location with stunning views and beautiful scenery. Staff were attentive and provided incredible service. Meals were exquisite and served steps away from the water. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Glass bottom kayaking and fishing trips were available which enhanced the experience.
One reviewer felt that the resort did not accommodate their food allergies well, and the portions were small and repetitive.

The view from the room was stunning. We also enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The all-inclusive package was very misleading and not worth the high price. We were disappointed that spa treatments and day trips were not included in the package despite being advertised as “all-inclusive.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, facilities were great, and the location was secluded with beautiful scenery. The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel's luxurious amenities and personalized service. The Spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing environment with plenty of sun loungers. The restaurant had a diverse menu with special diet menus and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. The private facilities provided added exclusivity and the location offered breathtaking views.
We only had one minor issue during our stay. The hotel didn't offer as many water activities as we would have liked.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was amazing, perfect for a quick and relaxing dip. The outdoor scenery was breathtaking and the location was close to the city center, making it easy to travel and explore. the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was great.
The staff were poor communicators and the advertisement was false, as the hotel was not all-inclusive. I had to pay extra for basic amenities, such as wine with dinner and spa treatments, which were not included as advertised.
